This morning, Burger King launched a first-of-its-kind Whopper® campaign in collaboration with MBM, Pitchblack Partners, and Go Media, unveiling Aotearoa’s inaugural 3D digital roadside billboard.

Debuting on Go Media’s premium Fanshawe Street billboard in Auckland’s CBD, the creative features Burger King’s iconic Whopper® popping out from the screen.

“We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to celebrate Burger King’s amazing burgers, so when Go Media approached us with this opportunity, we jumped at the chance,” says Nureete Burnie, Business Director, MBM.

Leann Smith, Head of Marketing & Digital, Burger King, says the chance to showcase Burger King’s Flame Grilled Whopper® in this way “was too good to pass up”.

“[T]he nature of 3D, and Pitchblacks exceptional creative, highlights the magnitude and flame grilled goodness of the Whopper® to perfection.”

Burger Kings campaign will feature Go Media’s Fanshawe Street site for the next two weeks.
